By accessing or using Berllo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

Berllo is a flight deal discovery and price alert platform for Indian travellers. We aggregate publicly available airfare data from third-party sources and present it for informational purposes. Berllo does not sell flight tickets directly. All bookings are completed on third-party airline or travel agency websites.

Flight prices displayed on Berllo are sourced from the Amadeus API, Google Flights, and other third-party providers. Prices are updated every 6 hours and may not reflect real-time availability. Berllo makes no guarantee that prices shown are accurate, current, or available at the time of booking. Always verify the final price and availability on the airline's website before purchasing.

• Free tier — up to 2 price alerts, delayed notifications (up to 2 hours), ads displayed
• Berllo Pro (₹150/month or ₹1,500/year) — unlimited alerts, instant notifications, ad-free, calendar access
• Subscriptions are billed in advance via Razorpay
• Annual subscriptions receive a 17% discount compared to monthly billing
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law

Berllo participates in affiliate programmes with airlines and online travel agencies. When you click a booking link and complete a purchase, Berllo may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. We only recommend links to legitimate, established travel providers.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from Berllo
• Use automated means to create accounts or set alerts at scale
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or its infrastructure

All content, design, code, and branding on Berllo — including the Berllo name, logo, and visual design — is owned by Berllo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berllo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Berllo's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Berllo in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Berllo, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Berllo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
